Internships
QPG internships are structured, project-based learning experiences within an early-stage research and operating platform. The emphasis is on practical work, clear reasoning, useful deliverables, and direct exposure to real research and operating problems.
Purpose
Internships at QPG are intended to develop analytical ability, communication, documentation, and structured execution through real projects connected to research, technology, and operating work.
Participants are expected to move from an initial question or problem toward a clearly documented output, while incorporating feedback and improving the quality of the work through iteration.

- Investment research support and structured hypothesis development
- Healthcare, biotechnology, company, sector, and thematic research
- Source evaluation, data organization, and analytical workflows
- Research memo writing, scenario analysis, and presentation development
- Software, internal tooling, and operating-system support tied to active workstreams
Research Program
QPG's research internship model is built around defined research questions, documented assumptions, source review, scenario analysis, and final written or presentation-based deliverables.
Selected work may be expanded into public research briefs or incorporated into QPG's broader research process where the quality and subject matter are appropriate.
Structure
Internship work is expected to be structured, time-bound, and deliverable-based. Depending on the project, participants may contribute to research briefs, analytical outputs, software projects, internal systems, or final presentations.
Work is evaluated on clarity of reasoning, quality of evidence, consistency of execution, responsiveness to feedback, and the usefulness of the final output.
Quantitative Development
As AiQuant Research develops its technical infrastructure, future internship projects may include structured market datasets, quantitative analysis, backtesting, paper trading, and other systematic research methods.
These areas are part of QPG's development direction and are introduced as the underlying tools, data, and research processes become sufficiently mature.

QPG values curiosity, clear reasoning, strong written communication, reliability, and the ability to work through ambiguity without losing structure.
Technical skill is valuable, but so are judgment, intellectual honesty, follow-through, and the willingness to revise work when the evidence changes.
Current Stage
Internship opportunities are selective, project-based, and may vary by season, available supervision, and current QPG priorities.
QPG does not currently operate a continuous or large-scale hiring pipeline.
Internship structure, compensation, classification, and scope depend on the specific project and applicable legal requirements. Participation is subject to availability, fit, and a clearly defined scope of work.
