Internships
QPG internships are designed as structured learning experiences within an early-stage research and operating platform. The emphasis is on practical work, disciplined thinking, and clear deliverables.
Purpose
Internships at QPG are intended to develop analytical ability, communication, and structured execution through real projects connected to research, systems, and operating work.
Areas of Work
- Research support and market thesis development
- Backtesting, data organization, and analytical workflows
- Internal tooling and systems development
- Documentation, memo writing, and presentation work
- Operational support tied to active business systems
Structure
Internship work is expected to be structured, time-bound, and deliverable-based. Participants may be asked to contribute to research memos, analytical outputs, internal systems, or final presentations depending on the project.
What QPG Looks For
QPG values curiosity, discipline, clear reasoning, and the ability to work through ambiguity without losing structure. Strong written communication and follow-through matter as much as technical skill.
Current Stage
Internship opportunities are selective and may vary by season, project scope, and platform needs. Availability is not guaranteed on a rolling basis.
Internship structure, compensation, and scope may differ depending on the nature of the project and applicable legal requirements. Participation in any program is subject to availability and fit.
